- 你访问本网站时：本网站不设置我们自己的 cookie，也没有装访问统计。网站托管商 Cloudflare 为了运行网站和防范攻击，会处理你的 IP 地址等访问信息。

我们不出售你的信息，也不会给你发推广邮件。

- 支付宝：你选择用支付宝付款时，由支付宝处理付款，适用支付宝自己的规则；
- Cloudflare：托管本网站，并转发发到本站邮箱的邮件；
- 我们使用的邮箱服务：存放往来邮件；
- 法律要求时，相关政府机关。
5. 信息存在哪里
上面这些服务的服务器主要在美国。如果你在中国境内，你的信息会传输到中国境外。
6. 保存多久
交易记录按美国税务和记账的要求保存，一般不超过 7 年。邮件往来在问题处理完后最多保存 2 年。
7. 你的权利
你可以要求查阅、更正或删除我们保存的你的信息。法律要求保存的交易记录，在保存期内不能删除。发邮件给我们，我们会在 15 天内答复。
8. 未成年人
本网站面向成年人，不面向 18 岁以下的人。

1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- When you pay: Stripe gives us the details of the payment: your email address, your name if you entered it, the amount, time, payment method (for example Alipay) and country or region. We do not see your Alipay password or full payment details.
- When you email us: your email address and the content of your message.
- When you visit this website: the site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, processes visitor information such as IP addresses to run the site and protect it from attacks.
3. Why
To complete your purchase, deliver the files and handle refunds; to answer your emails; to send you a corrected version if we fix an error; for bookkeeping and tax; to prevent fraud. We do not sell your information and do not send marketing emails.
4. Who else processes it
Stripe (payments, under its own privacy policy); Alipay, when you choose to pay with it (under its own terms); Cloudflare (website hosting and forwarding of email sent to our address); our email provider (stores correspondence); and government authorities where the law requires.
5. Where
These services are mainly located in the United States. If you are in mainland China, your information is transferred outside China.
6. How long
Transaction records are kept as U.S. tax and bookkeeping rules require, generally no longer than 7 years. Email correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after the matter is resolved.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Transaction records that the law requires us to keep cannot be deleted during the retention period. Email us; we reply within 15 days.
8. Children
This website is for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
